About the session

Every sound healing session is different and unique for each person.  The primary goal of each session is to address the imbalances in the body and re-align the nervous system so that your body's energy starts flowing the way it is designed to. That is the only way the body can begin to heal itself. Each session basically consists of two parts:

Part I

We will discuss your needs and concerns and focus on the reason you are here. I will share some some of the practices that I myself use, on a daily basis, that have not only transformed my life, but of countless others. These practices are based in BioEnergetics and Quantum Science. They are very easy to do and will empower you in your own life if performed regularly. 

 

Part II

This is the sound healing part of the session, commonly referred to as a "sound bath."  We will set an intention for healing and transformation. In a comfortable, reclined position fully clothed, you will be immersed in the transformative power of the sounds from the Crystal Alchemy Bowls for 45 minutes. Your only "job" is to let go and the sound will create a sacred space where healing happens. It is during this time that you will experience a stillness of the mind in which your body will relax, possibly in ways that have never been experienced. These transformative sounds are known to lift one into higher states of consciousness, re-harmonizing one's physiology and instilling a sense of calm and peace .  You will feel different by the time the session is over.

The particular set of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls that I use are specifically tuned for the Endocrine system of the body. Each bowl is tuned to a musical note that directly corresponds to a particular organ and gland of the human body. They are the C#, D#, F#, G# and A#. This will allow your endocrine system, which regulates the body's chemistry, to come into balance.

The reason I work with the energy system of the body is because everything that happens in the physical body happens in the electro-magnetic energy system first. It's what actually built the nervous system of the physical body. When we work with the energy system of the body, change and healing happens much quicker because we are addressing the root cause of the imbalance.
