“Jeremy suggested setting an intention before we started. I had had covid several weeks earlier and had been experiencing some intestinal issues since. So I focused my intention on healing that problem. However, I did not remain consciously aware of the intention because as soon as he started playing the bowls, I went deep into a theta brainwave state where I was just immersed in the indescribable effect of these alchemy frequencies. The session lasted about 45 minutes but seemed like only about 10-15. It was wonderful and ended all too soon!
