Hi! My name is Jeremy Kirstein. I am a certified Crystal Alchemy Sound Healing Practitioner and a certified Energy Codes Facilitator. I help facilitate the body's natural ability to heal through the use of sound vibration and other techniques based in BioEnergetics and Quantum Science. I also teach people how to move energy through their body with conscious attention to how they are breathing. Conscious breathing is the single most powerful transformational tool available to us. Most people don't really ever pay attention to how they breathe. It's just something that we've been doing all our lives, without any real attention to where we are breathing. Most of us breathe in our upper chest which activates the sympathetic nervous system and keeps us in a constant state of fight-or-flight. We need to breathe in our lower bellies which activates the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for relaxation, feeling safe, healing and the lowering of blood pressure. When I start working with people using Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls and attention to the breath, they begin to feel better almost immediately; and, they start to resolve emotional, mental, and physical issues which may have been with them since birth.

I received my certification from The Sacred Science of Sound under the training of Jeralyn Glass. She is an internationally known singer whose career began on Broadway and took her to the opera and concert stages of the world. She is a Professor of Voice, meditation teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner and Crystal Singing Bowl Master Alchemist. She founded Crystal Cadence, which is home of the Los Angeles Crystal Tones Singing Bowl Temple, one of the largest displays of crystal alchemy bowls in the world and the top rated sound healing trainings in the world. She has performed her high vibrational music alongside Marianne Williamson, Gregg Braden, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Anita Moorjani, the late Barbara Marx Hubbard, Lee Harris, Maria Shriver and star athletes Kareem Abdul Jabbar and the late Kobe Bryant.

I received my certification from The Morter Institute for Bio-Energetics under the training of Dr. Sue Morter. She is the best selling author of The Energy Codes: The 7 Step System to Awaken Your Spirit, Heal Your Body, and Live Your Best Life. She is also a renowned international speaker, Master of Bio-Energetic Theory, and Quantum Field Visionary. In addition to founding Morter HealthCenter in 1987, she is the founder and visionary of the Morter Institute for Bio-Energetics, an organization committed to teaching individuals self healing techniques with an inner wisdom-based approach to life based on Quantum Science and higher consciousness. My Philosophy
I remember the moment when I first experienced the power of sound vibration. I was listening to a 20 minute crystal singing bowl sound session. I had closed my eyes and within seconds of hearing the deep, soothing tones, my body felt like it was vibrating. I was trying to concentrate on the sounds but my mind just let go. The next thing I remember was hearing this voice in the most gentle tone telling me I was safe. I heard it as clear as if someone was in the room talking to me. It was in that moment that felt something rise within me from a deep place, like it had been hiding there for some time. I felt this wave of immense peace and calmness sweep over me and then tears filled my eyes. I sat there crying for the rest of the session. It was one of the most cathartic moments of my life. Afterwards, I felt like a weight had been lifted from me and my life has never been the same since. It was in that moment that I truly understood just how powerful crystal alchemy sound is. That was the beginning of my journey to discover my life's purpose. I'm here to bring the healing power of crystal alchemy sound to as many people as I can.
The second experience I wish to share, and this is the most powerful thing that absolutely altered my life, was learning the power of conscious breathing. Learning to breathe in the lower belly is the one thing that changed my life in ways that I still to this day are in awe of. Something so simple, yet so powerful, is the key to transform anyone's life. It changed mine and I've seen it change others just as well. For 30 years I had struggled with anxiety, panic disorder, overwhelm, depression, addictions, and anger. I've had so many panic attacks over the years that I've lost count. And, if you've ever experienced one, then you know how scary they can be. I tried many coping mechanisms over the years and felt absolutely miserable. Underneath all this were feelings of insecurity, fear, guilt, worthlessness, inadequacy and many others. There was a point in my life that I had just accepted that this was just the way my life was going to be until I died. There were many times that I just wanted to give up. As I began to apply the practices of the book, The Energy Codes: The 7 Step System to Awaken Your Spirit, Heal Your Body, and Live Your Best Life, my life started to change rapidly. I started feeling happier, more alive, with a deep sense of well-being and ease. My confidence and inner security grew to levels I had never before experienced. Addictions fell away almost as if by magic. The changes I experienced were so dramatic and fast, that I quit my job of 20 years in the resurfacing industry and dedicated my life to studying and embodying Quantum Science, Bio-Energetics, and Sound Healing.
When sound vibration and learning about the breath entered my life, everything changed. I have healed myself of anxiety issues, panic disorder, depression, addictions, heartburn, acid reflux, digestive issues, spinal issues, sciatica, prostate issues and more. And all this was accomplished without the use of medicines. I live a life full of energy, vitality, ease, joy, and well being. My mission is to empower others so that they might also experience life this way as well. The way life is supposed to be lived.
